Satpal Singh Bisht has completed his Ph D from Kumaun University Nainital, Uttarakhand, India at an age of 24 years, an internationally acclaimed Professor and Scientist; Dr. Bisht has published more than 100 research papers in various National and International journals of repute, Editor and Reviewer to more than 25 journals.
